Emma Phillips

Originally from Vermont, Emma moved to California in 2012. Since entering the Behavioral Health field in 2016, Emma’s professional expertise in Human Resources, Operations and Compliance has been utilized to achieve and implement successful policies and procedures to enhance both day to day operations and attain licensure and accreditations for both the state of California and national licensing and accrediting boards including the Department of Health Care Services, The Joint Commission, and Department of Social Services. Outside of work, you can find Emma snowboarding, riding horses and being of service in any way she can.
